Delete your MeetCue account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open MeetCue and sign in.
2. Go to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Review the subscription notice and type DELETE to confirm. If requested, sign in with the linked Apple account to revoke its authorization.

Deleting your account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription. Cancel it in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions to stop future billing.

Without the app

Email support@penecho.ai from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in links (Sign in with Apple access is revoked).
• All your files, meetings, transcripts, maps, minutes and recordings.
• Your remaining credits and plan storage (account deletion does not itself request a store refund; your store refund rights still apply).

What is kept

Purchase records without a link to your identity, as required for accounting, tax and app-store refunds. Encrypted database backups and previous object versions are retained for recovery for up to 14 days before scheduled removal. Keyed hashes of sign-in identifiers and email are retained to prevent repeat free-trial claims, as described in our Privacy Policy.
